School can be a great place to get information and support. Your friends, teachers and school counsellor can all be good support. School might also be one thing that doesn't change in your life.
If you want to know how to get in contact with someone to talk to about separation, ask your teacher or school counsellor. School can also help you get involved in other activities like sport or music. These can be a break from problems at home and help you find things you are good at and enjoy.
